Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Physical Goods & Astrology Services

For Gemstone Sale

  • Any cancellation of Gem Stone (s) order by customer after the placement of order but before receipt of Final Invoice from us will attract cancellation charges of 10% of the total estimated amount.
  • Any cancellation of Gem Stone (s) order by customer after the dispatch of Final Invoice by us will attract 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.
  • Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month for any delays in payment of the balance amount. The delayed days will be counted from 10 days after dispatch of the Final Invoice from our side.
  • No cancellation or refund will be processed once the goods have been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us.

For Yantra Sale

  • Any cancellation of Yantra (s) order by customer after the placement of order but before the energizing process will attract cancellation charges of 10% of the total amount as
  • cancellation charges.
  • Any cancellation of Yantra (s) order by customer after the completion of energizing process will attract 25% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
  • No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra (s) has been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us.

For Astrology Services

  • Any cancellation of astrology service (s) after the placement of confirmed order will attract a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid for the order.
  • Any cancellation after getting confirmation e-mail/delivery date for the service (s) will attract 25% of amount paid for the order as cancellation charges.
  • No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through e mail/telephone as per the order requirement.
