We are all drifting towards the times ahead by shifting hours to days, days to months, months to years and years to decades and so on. It is said that ‘time and tide wait for none’. This is a universal fact, if time stops, there will be no growth, no progress, which leads to stagnation; and stagnation is nothing but a deadly end of everything that once appeared vibrant and full of life.
So, one must make a constant pace to align with the forwarding steps of time. Now, as we all are moving towards the next phase of time, culminating in ‘Year 2026’, we must prepare ourselves to welcome this year with great enthusiasm in our spirit, imbued with the feelings of heightened energy and great joy. There is a hidden truth that in whatever thoughts we get engrossed silently, get echoed in the outer world more profoundly. Such thoughts that we keep on repeating become our reality, which we call our destiny. Here, if we have a desire to shift our circumstances in a positive way, we must look deep in our psyche and introspect what we have gathered inside us in the name of our beliefs, a set of emotions or thoughts.
As the new year is not far ahead, one always looks forward to bringing a positive change in one's life. This is what we call resolutions for the new year. Yes, there is a need to make steadfast decisions for a fruitful future. Yet all our firmness becomes futile without an inner shift. If we are not ready to transform inwardly, all our intentions, all our endeavours turn superficial. So, there is a strong need to exchange the negative, weakened thoughts with fresh and radiant ones for a gentle shift in our external existence.
This coming year must not again be a simple addition of one more year in our life, but it must be a reference point towards growth and progress. Though sometimes we feel nostalgic and get inclined towards moving in the past patterns, which seem more familiar and therefore more comfortable for us to carry them repeatedly. No doubt, the past has a stronghold in shaping us in the way in which we find ourselves in our current position; and the years gone by ought to be honoured as roots on which our whole entity is firmly standing. Yet the flow of time demands to flow with the currents of the stream of time to make one's life journey go smoothly. Let the coming year witness our growth, dreams fulfilled and visions more clear to lay a strong foundation for a fruitful future.
