As the name of the Yagna itself suggest Mritunajam that literally means in Sanskrit “ Mrituam Jayati eti Mritunajayh”. It means the Yagna has the power to give victory over the critical situation even like death. The word Mrityormooksheya as depicted in Mantra, ensures that devotee or performer of this Yagna get Moksha i.e. freedom from a particular situation that you are entrapped in life. The life threatening situations like accidents, imprisonments, entangled in bad relationship where you are feeling suffocated or unable to find relief.
Lord Shiva is known as the "giver" god or Tryambaka Deva (literally, "three-eyed Lord"). He is Mahadev, one of the Three Supreme Gods; we bow our head in devotion to the almighty Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of all evils. Offering prayers to Lord Shiva through Maha Mritunjaya Yagna will help overcome difficult phases of life & relief from any kind of serious trouble.
