What is Obesity ?
It is the condition where in excess fat accumulates in the body. Putting on weight gain, inability to perform daily activities, breathlessness are the more common complaints. It is called in ayurveda as ?Stoulya?.
- 1tsp of fresh honey with juice of one lime in a glass of water twice daily is an effective remedy for obesity.
- Taking two ripened tomatoes in the early hours will reduce weight.
- Taking cabbage salad everyday reduces weight within 2 months.
Taking 1 tsp. of dried ginger daily, in the early hours, helps in reducing weight.
- Long pepper powder 500mg twice daily, reduces weight.
- Indian gooseberry powder 2-3gms in warm water, will reduce weight.
- Asafoetida 250mg twice daily, in a glass of warm, water reduces weight.
- 1tsp of lemon juice with a pinch of baking soda.
