What is Leucorrhoea ?
Discharge from the vagina is very irritating and causes inconvenience to the women. It can be physiological or pathological. In pathological conditions it associates with foul smell and itching. In Ayurveda it is called as ?Sweta Pradara?
- Mango seed powder in the dose of 1-2 gms twice daily cure leucorrhoea.
- A glass of decoction prepared from the ladyfinger cures leucorrhoea.
- 2tsp of fenugreek seeds twice daily will relieve from leucorrhoea.
- Tender leaves of guava are useful in the treatment of leucorrhoea.
- Vaginal douching with the decoction of Babul tree bark cures the leucorrhoea.
- Vaginal douching with the decoction of butea leaves also cures the leucorrhoea.
- A decoction of fresh walnut leaves for douching will reduce leucorrhoea.
- Amalaki seeds powder 2 ? 3 grams / day with Honey / Sugar will relieves the White Discharge.
