| HOARSENESS OF VOICE |
What is Hoarseness of Voice ?
Inflammation of the throat including Pharynx and Larynx causes Hoarseness of Voice. Generally the speakers have this problem. It has called as ?Swarabheda? in Ayurveda.
- Give powder of Mulhathi / Yastimadhu (Glycirrhiza Glabra) and Vacha (Acorus Calamus) 1teaspoon. 4 times a day mixed with honey. If there is constipation, 1 teaspoon of Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) powder with hot water should be given at bedtime.
- Taking a cup of milk boiled with black pepper daily thrice adds sound voice.
