What is Foot Cracks ?

This condition occurs due to dry ness of the foot. It associates with pain and some times bleeding. In Ayurveda it is called as "Padadari".

  • Application of Latex of Ficus bengalensis makes your foot very smooth.


  • Application of Bees wax reduces the foot cracks.


  • Dip your feet in warm water for 10 - 15 min regularly.


  • Apply medicated oils to smoothen your sole.


  • Take a 10 - 15 min bare foot walk on lawn in the early hours of the day.
