Acne is chronic inflammatory condition of sebaceous glands. It is a common condition during adolecence. It generally occur on face due to blockage of opening of the sebaceous glands.In Ayurveda, it is called as "Yavana Pitika".
External application of raw garlic paste 3 - 4 times a day will reduce acne and help to clear the black spots and pimples.
Taking Garlic internally 2 - 4 pods a day for 1 - 3 months, purify the blood stream, and ensures a long-term clearance of the skin from acne.
5ml of lemon juice with 10 - 15 ml of luke warm water 2 - 3 times a day will reduce acne.
Paste of Fenugreek leaf applied on the face for 10 - 15 min. on alternate days / every day in the evening will reduce acne.
Coconut water is helpful in giving nourishment to skin and prevents acne.
Application of the paste prepared from cloves and cumin to the face for 10 min. relieves pimples.
Application of Haldi (Turmeric) on the face twice a day before going to bath for 10 min, will yield good results.
