• Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the placement of order but before receipt of Final invoice from us will attract cancellation charges of 10% of total estimated amount.


• Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the final invoice sent by us will attract 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.


• Interest will be charged at 2% per month for delay of payment of balance amount. The delay days will be counted from 10 days after we send the final invoice.


• No cancellation or refund will be made once the goods have been shipped and the tracking number sent by us to the customer.
  

For Yantra Sale

• Any cancellation of Yantra order by customer after the placement of order but before energizing will attract cancellation charges of 10% of total amount.


• Any cancellation of Yantra order by customer after energizing will attract 25% cancellation charges of total amount.


• No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra have been shipped and the tracking number sent by us to the customer.
  

For Astrology Services

• Any cancellation of astrology services after the placement of confirmed order will attract cancellation of 10% of amount paid for the order.


• Any cancellation after getting confirmation mail/ delivery date for the service will attract 25% of amount paid for the order.


• No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through e mail / telephone as per the order requirement.
