The Value of 1 Reward Point is 1 INR. Our System automatically converts your reward point into USD depending on the US Dollar Price in India. You can also see the value of your reward point in INR as well as in US Dollar in VIEW YOUR ORDER/REWARD HISTORY Page in your “My Page” Section.
Q3. How I redeem my Reward Points?
You can redeem your reward points while ordering any Astrology Report/Remedies. To redeem your Reward Point while ordering any product, use the following steps:
Go to the Specific Order Page.
Enter your Reward Point you want to redeem in “Redeem Rewards” Box.
Click on “Redeem Points” Button and wait for 03-20 seconds, depending upon your internet speed
In “Order Detail” Section, you can see the changes i.e. ‘List Price’ of your product, ‘Your Price’ shows the net amount you have to pay after deducting your reward point and ‘You Save’ shows the amount you save in this transaction.
Select the “Payment” option in “Pay By” Section and Click on Submit Button
Q4. How I got my Reward Points?
There are basically 4 sources of reward points:
Reward points have been earned by individual members based on the orders of any astrological products and services that the individual member has placed on the web site since April 2003. The basis of calculation for reward points is explained here.
50 reward points have been allotted to all existing & new free members.
Each time any member makes a fresh and new transaction; he/she will also receive new reward points on the transaction amount.
Cyber Astro from time to time may announce special reward points as part of its promotion plan. For example, presently 10 reward points are allocated to a member who is sending meaningful feedback on the new site.
