Is there a correlation between Terrorism and Numbers? Does a law exist to atleast see a trend in events- so that one is more careful for the future?

I am sure- we all have these questions troubling our mind after the recent blasts at various places in the country. Actually it seems, a correlation exists, but we may not have a complete theory to exactly pin point events- but still chances of occurrence in different time and place can be found out to some degree of accuracy. That itself could be a big help.

As per astrology RAHU-KETU axis is very important and at the same time if malefic (bad), it spoils the houses it touches.

The same thing happens with numbers, that is the number 4(Rahu) and number 7(Ketu) spoil the numbers they are found in. For e.g. 25=7=Ketu and 14=1{4} (4=Rahu) are afflicted by Ketu and Rahu respectively.

Also the underworld/terrorism is represented by number 4 and also secrets or hidden activities by number 7.
